Hello Everyone. We’ve got some great news to share so we’ll get right to it. As you may know, Morgan Events is a proud member of the International Live Events Association known as ILEA. ILEA is the global community of creative event professionals whose skills, expertise and experience power some of the most influential live events around the world. This community is made up of event professionals involved in all aspects of live events from production and management to execution and fulfillment. This includes professionals like event planners and designers, photographers, decorators, caterers, entertainers, AV technicians, and many more groups- all dedicated to creating live events.
ILEA is a fantastic community full of creatives who work together to support a thriving global events profession. Over the years Morgan has served nationally on the ILEA Board of Governors, and locally in the Northern California Chapter as a past president of the chapter and a mentor to newcomers in the live events profession. To celebrate global excellence in live events, ILEA hosts an annual awards program called the Esprit Awards: “The Esprit Awards recognize excellence in live events. The awards competition increases industry awareness, elevates professionalism, and inspires growth within the live events industry. [In 2023] the Esprit Awards honors live event professional’s most creative and innovative industry contributions across 16 categories. Applying for an Esprit Award means that your event is worthy of being recognized on an international level. Winning an Esprit Award means that you join an elite group of professionals who have taken the industry to the next level.” All that sounds pretty amazing, right? We think so. And so we’re very excited and humbled to announce that Morgan events has won TWO ESPRIT Awards this year in the categories of Best Planning for a Wedding and Best Logistics for a Wedding. Every year the competition is steep because there are SO MANY amazing and creative live events across the globe. To have our events recognized by our peers as worthy of an Esprit Award means the world to us. Our number one goal at Morgan Events is to create seamless events from start to finish. We want to exceed our client’s expectations every single time. That’s what motivates us to do our best and create memorable live events for our clients and their guests. To be recognized by ILEA for our tireless efforts is icing on the cake!
We also want to pause and share our gratitude for all the extraordinary event professionals who work with us to create such stunning live events. From floral designers to rental companies and lighting technicians, we couldn’t execute the seamless events without you.
